I recently stayed at the Iwakuni Kokusai Kanko Hotel for a couple of days during my trip to the area. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, as it is situated right across from the breathtaking Kintaikyo bridge. The views of the bridge and the surrounding area were even more mystical in the rain with low clouds. The hotel's lobby restaurant served an incredible curry and rice lunch that was not only cheap but also incredibly tasty. Of course, I couldn't resist pairing it with a refreshing beer! The staff at the hotel were unbelievably awesome and professional, making me feel welcome and pampered throughout my entire stay. The combination of the old school and modern feel of the hotel gave it a unique and cool vibe. And although I didn't have a chance to try them out, I heard from another guest that the hot natural baths upstairs were truly unbelievable. I had an excellent experience at the Iwakuni Kokusai Kanko Hotel and highly recommend it.
Totally recommend this hotel.
